Pumpkin Layer Cake


Sponge cake
A
250 gm vanilla sponge mix
1 tbsp creamy vanilla
4 eggs(cold)
1 tbsp ovellet
1/4 cup cold water/ cold fresh milk

B
1/2 cup veg. Oil / melted butter

Mix all the ingredient except butter , beat with the mixer with high speed ,, beat until fluffy than stop the mixer and pour the oil or melted butter than mix slowly, pour into the pan ( don't grease the pan)
Bake the cake untill cook,.

Pudding
2 boxes of coconut milk(ayam brand)
400 gm cooked pumpkin
2 cup of sugar
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp hong kwee
1 egg
* blend all the ingredient in a food processor or blender than cook on a medium heat and stir ( non stop) , until its cook well.
