Ingredients
225g plain flour
225g shredded suet/pure butter
240g freshly-grated carrots
115g seedless raisins
115g currants/dates
115g soft brown sugar
2 whole eggs, beaten
4 egg yolks
250 ml milk
freshly-grated nutmeg/cinnamon powder to taste
Method:
Mix butter,carrot,dates,sugar in the food prosessor thn mix in milk eggs,flour,raisins and cinnamon bake in oven with 180c about 45 mnt or you cn steam it if u like,,
Serve warm with whipping cream/ice cream/butterscoth sauce,,
