Fetuccini Alfredo With Mushrooms and Clams
1 tablespoon butter
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 bunches green onions,
green part only chopped1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups of clams
2 cups bell pepper green,yellow,red
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 ounces fettuccine
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk
2/3 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:

Saute mushrooms, green onions,clams,bell pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the little bit of butter.

In another pan, slowly bring to a low boil the stick of butter, egg yolk, half and half, parsley, salt, pepper,paprika,oregano,thyme and garlic powder.

Add parmesan cheese to sauce mixture and cook and stir until thickened.

Add sauce to mushroom mixture.

Serve over cooked fettucini.
